Do you ever wonder what the secret is, to doing what you love, and getting paid for it?

You have been working for someone else for years.  As you go to and from work, you have been hatching a plan for a business…you just love it!

You know it is going to be a huge success, you just don’t know how to get it out there right?

Perhaps you have your business up and running, you began because you wanted to help others, to make a difference, and bring on a really positive change to your industry.

The thing is, it can be a little more challenging than you thought…Yep, I get it.

There are many who dream of bringing their passion to life, to be creative, and be free to run your business your way, no more employee syndrome….ever!

The simple fact of the matter is…passion alone is not enough to get your business to the level you want it to be.

You need a system, you need structure for your passion, to pull it off and to be that awesome business or best seller.

This week, I go through three steps to get the structure into your passion, into your business so that you can succeed, the way you want.

Passion needs structure to survive and prosper, and structure needs passion in order to grow.

You can’t have one without the other.

This doesn’t mean you need the business plan that needs a folder.

It can be a one page process funnel with dot points and written in pencil.

Having the proper systems and structure in place is what supports you to monetise your message, and get your business out there like it deserves.

Without things set up correctly though, you may begin to hate doing what you once loved so much.

Being passionate about what you do is an obvious advantage. However it doesn’t replace laying the proper foundation and having a strategy for responding to growth and for when things get tough.

Now…I want to hear from you….

What do you struggle with most when it comes to effectively running your business?

Do you have any great tools that you can share?

I look forward to reading all of your fabulous insights and responses.

Wishing you a great week!!
